From Scrum Master to Scrum Master II: What This Certification Really Means I’m excited to share that I’ve officially completed my Scrum Master II certification. While earning the initial Scrum Master certification was a great introduction, this next step pushed me to deepen my understanding, challenge my assumptions, and evolve how I show up for my teams.
